Albuquerque

Albuquerque is a beautiful city! We got here late morning and made good use of our time.

We went to the top of Sandia Mountain on the Tram. It's a 15 minute trip up 2 miles to the top. The tram cars look like the ones in Italy in the James Bond movie. We had a wonderful lunch at the new restruant High Finance (aptly named) and played for a bit in the 44 degree air and snow.

This picture was taken as we left the lower station. We lost sight of the station house about half-way up.

After we left there, we went to the International Balloon Museum and learned all about scientific and fun uses for hot air balloons!

Then we celebrated Cinco De Mayo!
